May our Lord bless and protect all Orthodox Christians. Pray for us our beloved Theotokas, birthgiver of God. I too was raised as aLutheran and converted to to the Orthodox faith 8 years ago. No regrets at all!

Dear Orthodox3217 ... I tried to find the music on iTunes music but there are many Cherubim Hymns there ... is there a way of finding the name of the one used in your YouTUBE video ?

I have been Orthodox for over 2 decades following 50 years of Protestant confusion.
Orthodox worship focuses upon Judgement and our hope for God's Mercy.
That is why we Orthodox are put off by the frequent Protestant query "are you saved"? It is presumptuous to the max. Everyone will be Judged. Our ancient faith provides support and hope for this inevitable encounter with our Maker thru Confession, Repentance, Communion and our beautiful ancient Liturgy.
Thank you for posting this fine video.
I was evangelical protestant for 25 years, and have been Orthodox for the last 8. Welcome home.

@mariaxeniaallen Thanks for the reply. I have been attending an Orthodox church for several months and it has filled me with joy and peace. I hope to become a catechumen fairly soon. As the hymn says "We have sen the True Light".
