the Midtown 120 Blues album by DJ Sprinkles is absolutely some of the most sincere, emotional, quality dance music I have ever heard in my life. It's dead serious and academic-- maybe even a bit pretentious-- but you have to hear him call out Strictly Rhythm and Madonna and tell anecdotes about The Loft in New York circa 1992

@ray184566 I have albums from all of these artist, some I consider dubstep, some I don't. I have been listen to electronic music for a very long time. Every few years new genera's are create just repackage and sell a sound that has been around already. That is what I see a lot today with dubstep. I see a lot of young ppl in their 20s, just now getting into electronic music, and they call everything new, dubstep. I don't get caught up in labeling most music. Good music is good music.
