@DP1417 It's not much. It doesn't feel like You put a 1kg of sugar on Your head, cos the weight is spread, not punctual. And there have to be many layers of different fabrics and materials, it has to weigh.

Spoiler for Arai helmets are only for F1 drivers, so it can channel air into the air duct engine intake.
Unfortunately Kubica switched to a Bell for Renault, he copied Petrov =(

According to the F1 Racing Magazine I have, the price of an Arai helmet (Kubica's supplier) is roughly £1864.98.
The Bell helmets ( the other main supplier for F1) is around that price too.
