@zathuraification Actually, Abu Dhabi is the capital of the whole UAE. And AlAin is the capital of Abu Dhabi.

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc, are all different emirates that sum up The UAE.

So, in a way, he is right. Abu Dhabi and Dubai are neighbours just like Dubai and Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman, etc.
