You know you can get the skyline with out a mod.
Theres a patch witch gives you two cars
audi rs4 quattro saloon
nissan skyline (with the spoiler)
Download it into your documents and them check to see if it has worked (you will find the cars at the audi & nissan dealers) if it has worked save your game and the patch will be saved into your save data so you can delete it from your documents.

Well done. 7171561200 asked if the spoilerless version is a mod, which it is. Not if the standard one was, as that's not in this video.

The mods yes, but the game is on PS2/PSP/X360 aswell.
