A simple technique to brine a turkey so it's moist and juicy when you roast it in the oven. In this video I'll show you how to ensure that you don't get a dry turkey this holiday season, plus I'll show you a tip on where to brine the turkey if you don't have space in your fridge.
Another great video Chris. Another good point your viewers may want to know is the brine time. Brine the bird for only 1 hour per pound. Do not exceed the time limit. It is worse to over brine than to not brine at all. And you are 100% correct. This will be the juiciest turkey you have ever eaten. Down here in S. Louisiana, we deep fry our turkey and that alone locks in the moisture. Thanks for the island recipes, they are all off the hook good.

Hi Chris- It would be nice if you can shorten your talking on the video! It is very boaring and you repeat yourself to many times, get to the point. You should look at Simply Trini Cooking their video is very precise no repeating over and over.
