Lenticular cloud over Santiago, Chile, two days before the 09/24/11 blackout (CC: English)

Note a strange flashing light over this cloud almost at minute 0:25.. it happened only once, and i don't think it has to do with compression or filming errors, as you can see the light fading out almost perfectly... thanks to osamawanc for calling this to my attention

Just a lenticular cloud i filmed over the Cordillera de Los Andes, here in Santiago, just two days before this huge blackout took place in Chile. 9 million people were left without power, cell phones didn't work, and a restless and chaotic atmosphere could be felt all around. Some people are speculating this power outage could be related to UFOs, other say that it's something to do with HAARP, etc. I'm presenting this footage just for debates over the topic, and not stating that this is an actual UFO or anything of the sort. Please feel free to leave a comment with your own experiences about this so-called UFO clouds.
