Cooking Yourself thin came about because as I was cooking for better health, I realized I was losing weight. Albeit slowly, I felt that was a healthier way to lose the extra pounds I gained back over the past few years. I have 50 pounds to go, and I invite you along on my journey! I just started cooking better for myself and my family, and realized I lost 5 pounds in the first 8 days that I was cooking better. So, it started me thinking of a way to share what I am doing to help others eat more healthy, and I plan on losing weight along the way. I want to lose about 50 pounds, and I will be continuing to do these cooking shows and sharing my journey.
