I have what I guess is a "first generation" GoDogGo, but it is no longer usable. The ball-activated switch was prone to all sorts of corrosion (grass, saliva), and the plastic gearing and launch mechanism committed suicide twice before I gave up and just put the thing permanently away. Sorry, just not worth the mony -- a bad "investment." I'm not inclined to put out another $155 ($125+tax+shipping) to beta test the "new improved" G3 version!

I want 2 get 1 of these, but wonder how it turns on
On/off switch?
Does it just start up whn u plug it in?
Does it run when theres no ball n it?
If not i guess u cld leave it plugged in all the time and it would only run whn he brings the ball back
Tht wld b cool
I am thinkin it wld b useful whn we go out of town so our dog can still get exercise
But Im tryin to figure out how tht might work before I spend $120 on it
Wld i b able to set it up with a timer so it runs @ a certain time ea day?
