I have a better idea. Why not get rid of religion altogether, and bring peace and unity to the entire human race?
-
Religion is BS!!! ALL OF THEM!!! I ASKED GOD ABOUT IT.. and HE SAID I'm RIGHT! ITS ALL ABOUT receiving the LIVING WATER from God through CHRIST... no need to have wars, etc... you wanna know GOD? REALLY do you? FAST... AND ASK for the Living Water and read the NEW TESTAMENT ASKING, reading and fasting... in Jesus name.... and GOD will be known to ya! I promise.. give it a week of asking and reading and much fasting, see what happens!

through Christ, that we "Greek" (which means non-Jew) were encompassed under the covenant to Abraham with our Christian-Jewish brethren?? Irrespective of your psuedo-historical-understandin
gs - - this means it's simple people - - we are BLESSED to have been invited to the table. What does a 'Greek' have over a 'greek'?? Much love to you all.
Praise to the Father Almighty and our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus.

To you all- stop reading your local craziness and pick up the Bible. Your boasting of some pseudo-understanding of Christian history provides you with a momentary embelishment of vanity. Yet, our true history comes from the words of Christ, transcribed in the Gospels, and through the Holy Spirit emanating from the remainder of the New Testement(ary letters). Do none of you comprehend that it is through God's love of us,

The Paschal Fire in Jerusalem
A Study of the Rite of the Holy Fire in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre

The history of the Holy Fire is unknown to most non-Orthodox Christians. Each year at Pascha, according to a living tradition of the Orthodox Church, a heavenly light comes down into the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in and ignites a lamp in the tomb. This history will arouse the curiosity of non- believers [and expand the knowledge of non-Orthodox Christians; it provides Orthodox Christians with a better understanding of a phenomenon embedded in the historical Churchs ties to the Eternal.
This should be where Greeks, Slavs, Russians, and many in the Middle East can set aside their differences and find Strength and Unity in the Holy Orthodox Church!

"Once the Armenians (monophysites - ed.) paid the Turks, who then occupied the Holy Land, in order to obtain permission for their Patriarch to enter the Holy Sepulchre, the Orthodox Patriarch was standing sorrowfully with his flock at the exit of the church, near the left column, when the Holy Light split this column vertically and flashed near the Orthodox Patriarch.
