  • That's because you are an idiot.

  • If there would be a lot more muscle in the world, why don't I see it on anyone in the body by science videos? For all their talk of empiricism, they don't seem to realize that for an exercise program to be considered more effective than others, it has to show better results than others.

  • check out vid for thug workout

  • she should get huge fake boobs

  • she should workout in string bikini

  • I notice that she didn't go to positive failure on either of these exercises. Is that on purpose? Maybe to down-regulate the stimulus? Also, @greengringo: most people do not have the potential to build large muscles no matter what they do. Even so, this exercise program is more effective than any others because of the ratio of results to time. When you consider 'pounds of muscle added' divided by 'minutes exercised' this is clearly the best system for the majority of people.

  • They're both lean.

Why pull-downs instead of weighted chin-ups?

Oh and wonderful effort and, ahem, results!

  • The problem with too slow of a rep would be the immediate onset of lactic acid.

I make excellent progress with medium, perfect form, speed, with negatives being slower than positive.

  • A lot more muscle and a lot less injured joints.

  • Big 5 has 2 pulls: rows & PDs. Big 4 subtracts rows. PDs -are- better to keep. If one did Big 3, an incline BP could replace the BP & MP. Could it be better to get down to 1 or 2 exercises, rather than work so seldom? Wouldn't this "get the hormones going" more often? Maybe a Big 5 that's completed in 5 sessions over 20 days(?). (I've done negative chinup sets that left me too fried for any upper-body work for quite a while, & not too eager for any lower-body either.) Any thoughts?
