@JRracing0116 yes, start and park teams that take the place of maybe a young rookie wanting to run the full race, not just the first fifteen laps or so. makes me sick that nascar allows that today. they could be shutting a future petty or earnhardt out of an opportunity

I'm in need of some help here. I'm in need of someone to supply me with some videos from the 1996 or 1999 BGN seasons. I'm looking to expand the number of cars that I paint from this year. If anyone would like to donate some videos or copies of videos from these two years, please let me know. (for the good of the sim community's carsets!) I'm pretty sure that it's lawful to distribute videos like this, but if not than just kindly delete this post :)
My aim is japatten33 if anyone can help!

some of it is because qualifying doesn't mean as much anymore, talking about on superspeedways. there's no pole award anymore going into the bud shootout, and starting in the back portion of the field seems to work out for a lot of the top drivers, whether by choice or by bad luck (jeff gordon).

Yeah, its kind of sad how Cup drivers have used the series as a personal playground. It needs to get back to being a stepping stone or a driver development league. Can you believe that there are no rookies announced to run the full Cup schedule yet for next year?

A lot of cars qualify for this race and the 500. Nowadays there is less and less of this because its hard now to have a NASCAR team.

does any1 have the big wreck from the first lap of this race in 1998
they still use 43 cars all the newer rules ruined the racing now. Back before 2000 all of the rules were fine.

Amazing how things change in less than 10 years. NASCAR would never get that many cars in any of their series today.
