Picture this. Sunny skys, crystal clear oceans and beautiful sunset evenings. Yes its that time of the year for a vacation getaway. Any place in particular will do just fine, especailly where there's plenty of sunshine. Sunshine here is the key to it all. Have anyplace in particular. I know here's one, Cabo San Lucas , just at the southern tip of Baja California where the sun always shines and the fun never ends. Just name your fancy. Sailboat excursions, ATV off road adventures, Jetski watercraft, or just relaxing on the beautiful sandy beaches. Whatever you decide to do is fine as long as you get plenty of sunshine.

Here is a supplement that is free of charge. Vitamin D. This vitamin is synthesized by sunlight and cholesterol on your skin. Vitamin D contributes to major mineral absorption most especially Calcium and Phosphorus for a strong bone structure. Vitamin D is nesssary for the islet cells to produce insulin which is crucial to amino acid uptake into the muscles. The RDA is set at 400 iu per day. Remember just 20 minutes between the hours of 10 AM to 2PM is all that is needed. Also note that you do not need to take Cod Liver Oil during the summer months. Just take Vitamin A and get some sunlight and you be alright.
