  • @sandhedomsundhed tomatoes are fruits aren't they ? I've noticed some good results from a high carb ,low fat/protein diet too .

  • I just had a small question, most diets warn that you stay away from dairy products. How should I incorporate calcium into my diet without drinking milk? Or will that be taken care of by all the veges etc. Also, is steaming veges the best way to go? I prefer roasting but I'd assume because it tastes better it's bad for me!

  • where does one go to request a candida overgrowth test and why don't doctors ever bring it up as a possible cause of symptoms?

  • Not all carbs can turn to sugar in the body? Including tomatoes and other above ground vegetables? So Doug Kaufmann is for carrots eventhough it is below ground because of its antifungal components, but other below ground vegetables are no no?

  • Another great video, enjoyed parts 1,2 and 3 - can't wait for part 4.

I've heard we shouldn't eat mushrooms if we have a fungal infection/overgrowth because it will feed it. Is this true?

I've heard different opinions on it.

  • we're doing this, just ordered the book. THANK YOU. Helps to keep hearing it. ps. Hi Jeanne! :)
