Sorry, i disagree. It's called 'bad driving'. That's the reason why the lines are there. Do they teach it to you? Or is it what you 'learn' after the test?
You Kiwi's never cease to amaze me with your inability to keep between the white lines. You also have trouble keeping left. Any lane is ok, just so long as it's unoccupied.
Well, it does say in the road code that it isn't illegal to cross a broken white line, so I guess that constitutes "teaching!" xD
