Bruce Lee actuall use to use machine like this for his whole body. Abs, arms, legs, etc. Just don't over do it! Too much of a good thing can turn out to be a bad thing.

it does work i got one just 1 week ago and i am already seeing a difference but you cant just eat whatever and wear it you have to diet and stick to it if not it wont work.. i love it it actiually makes me want to go for a run after im done with it ... you can really feal it all in you're abs...
