@mars10115 social change is slow, it is the foolish idealists who think we can do it overnight (sorry, no FedEx) who are a significant part of the *problem*. The US justice systems are not very good, but they are better than most in the world. You do understand things take time? 70 yrs ago we had lynch mobs, 50 yrs ago contraception was illegal, now we are well on the way to abolishing the death penalty.

@Elricck You have no argument then because those who brake the law, who are not seeking refuge are in a different situation to those being at risk of being murdered for having a religious belief or idea. There are even some non refugee criminals who I can justify as I dont believe the jail system is for everyone. We need social change in all areas not just the refugee issue. Havnt seen that doco but just because its called "age of evil" doesnt give us the right to continue with low self esteem.
