I'd love for you to be able to "go and get a feel", but we were asked by the client to keep the place confidential. It's in an industrial area and the owner doesn't want strange people hanging out there. But thank you for apologizing.

I get clear EVPs all the time. It is very possible, if you know what you're doing. So just because the EVP is clear, you're ready to discount it? That's too bad, because you'll probably miss out on some great evidence.

I looked up 'Don De Gasterlight' and gasterlight turns out to be a sort of browny orangey shade. Could it be that gaster light is his favorite color?

It is possible. However, he says this immediately after we asked what his name is. So I'd be more inclined to believe he was giving his first and last name. Thank you for commenting though!
