them plates are 25kgs each, we use them because we can get more on the bar...

as soon as the clip loaded i thought to myself hey that laoud voice in the back sounds like BRIAN REYNOLDS...and it was!!! his the loudest and badest in the gym. His a big inspiration to me and one of the greatest powerlifters of all time from the U.K.his deadlift senior record is still unmatched...wellll over 3times body weight. I hope to meet him one day when im worthy. Oh yea good lift!!!

each plate weighs 45lbs so that is 405lbs total.

how heavy is each plate?
looks more like 180kg, 220kg would be more like 5 plates each side...looks like 4 plates each side... i might be wrong though...
how heavy is each plate if u don't mind me askin? if that really is 220, then i have to say that's pretty good... the spotter didn't even have to help at all...
i'm benchin 140kg at the moment(3 plates each side) hopefully get to 180-200kg by the end of the year...

Hi, I'll ask my cousin how much each plate was next time I see him and post it up for you guys, just to be clear. But as far as I'm aware, here in the UK we use Kg.'s not lb.'s.
