WHY IT'S GOOD FOR YOU
Flax seed contains: 1. Omega-3 essential fatty acids, "good" fats that have been shown to have heart-healthy effects. Each tablespoon of ground flaxseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega-3s. 2. Lignans, which have both plant estrogen and antioxidant qualities. Flaxseed contains 75- 800 times more lignans than other plant foods 3. Fiber. Flaxseed contains both the soluble and insoluble types.

  • To clean the grinder, I hold it on its side, over the sink. Using the power hose from the sink, I direct the spray into the area where the blades are. I use hot water and direct the spray in at an angle so that it doesn't splash back at me. This way, no water gets near the motor, and the water runs into the sink. Then I dry the inside blade area by wiping it with a paper towel. Also it can be air-dried by upending in the sink's dishdrainer.

  • Hi,

How should the grinder be cleaned after grinding the flax seeds?

    Thanks,

  • for anyone interested in saving a substantial $ saving go to a feed store near you or order from a feed store the flax seeds in roughly 20 pound bag for less than the price paid for two of the bags in this video, about $12.00 to $15.00 for about ten times as much in seeds. extra particles I have found is "two" small pieces of straw, thought there would be much more straw or other particles.

    regards,

  • do more please
