acura is part of honda, it's simply their luxury line, much like lexus to toyota, audi to VW, lincoln to ford and infinity to nissan
mugen was founded by the son of the founder of honda, and while mugen is not actually owned by honda, they're obviously very closely related since they're family.
spoon is simply a tuning company that specialises in hondas, but it's not like they would be forbidden from every working on a toyota

Love how Honda is being bashed in the comments even though it has nothing to do in this video, nor made no appearance.
BTW, what's wrong with Honda? They make decent cars, and are good base cars for tuning. Same as the AE86. Why would you buy a car you can't tune further? That takes the fun out of both tuning and driving.
