@RhodesLives Gilby's sound is more modern than Izzy's though, Izzy has a warmer bluesier style

@RhodesLives i read in "watch you bleed" that they told gilby to dress like izzy. they do kinda look alike, dark hair, skinny etc. throw a hat on gilby and you could easily confuse the two. gilby seems pretty cool though.

@Disco234jockey Apparently the baton was passed with no problems,i think one of the reasons they picked gilby was cause his style is very much like izzy's.

@RhodesLives r u serious? that "book" was artless, hollow& not very informative. most of the really interesting and controversial events were not discussed in any great detail, and slash contradicts himself over & over, often from one line to the next. what is even more telling is that the alleged incident where axl supposedly blackmailed the rest of the band by refusing to play unless they gave him the rights to the name, isnt discussed at all.

@weirdcode1 It was hardly gonna be artistic to begin with,this is slash we're talking about lol and he did say he wouldnt be going over every single detail but i see what u mean.
