Tip: you can set the conversion settings to ProRess442(LT), it maintains practically the same quality and results in way smaller file sizes

Canon, why oh why don't you add the 550D compatibility if it is this easy to add it yourself? So far works great now with the alteration in the plist

Hey man, love the video But! I have a problem. I have the T2i and the Power Mac G5 with the final cut pro 6. It's not giving me the Plugins part just the Rad+Components that's all. I don't have the plugins part. When I go to Canon and scroll down to drivers it shows me "No drivers are available for this selection??? Can you help me man? thanks

This Info was a big help. I bought the T2i strictly to shoot video and b4 I saw your clip the camera was worthless to me. Thanks for putting me back in the game.
