This is a tutorial about how to use the Canon T2i with EOS Movie Plugin-E1 with Final Cut Pro. The T2i files don't work and error out when you try to use them in the Canon E1 plugin in FCP. There are two ways for you to use the Canon T2i files in FCP and we show you both.

  • Hey man, love the video But! I have a problem. I have the T2i and the Power Mac G5 with the final cut pro 6. It's not giving me the Plugins part just the Rad+Components that's all. I don't have the plugins part. When I go to Canon and scroll down to drivers it shows me "No drivers are available for this selection??? Can you help me man? thanks

  • I have a Mac Os X 10.7 with Lion and I can't seem to find the ProApps after Application Support. Help anyone?????????????????

  • @drumstudio2000 yeah it does, just tried it. do exactly the same but replace t2i with t3i

  • Tip: you can set the conversion settings to ProRess442(LT), it maintains practically the same quality and results in way smaller file sizes

  • Canon, why oh why don't you add the 550D compatibility if it is this easy to add it yourself? So far works great now with the alteration in the plist
