I honestly feel bad for the people that bought the Sega CD version of MK when they already owned the Genesis version. The differences between the two titles (outside of the audio) are minimal at best, and definitley not worth paying a nice chunk of change for.

well in the genesis version there is a cheat to activate blood and graphic fatalitys

For some odd reason,the only differences I see between the Sega CD version and the Genesis version is the fact that they added the blood(Why else would there be body parts down in the pit?)and the sound. I do know there is a code for the Genesis version which turns on the blood and original fatalities.
