IMHO this is the new way of dj'ing, and ppl that hates just dont seem to have an open mind about it... I have been dj'ing for 10 yrs now, started with vinyls hated cd's but moved on to MIDI controllerism. You have a choice of beatmatching or synching, thats up to you. Traktor and the 4D is my dream setup, but I play mostly trance and with that setup usually house and minimal will only benefit with it lol... I use Traktor as well and I love the software, I may go Scratch Pro and go back vinyl..

This isnt real djing, the traktor software syncs the songs for you, which means thier is no beatmatching and all the xone 4d is doing is throwing in effects and messing around with the mids, lows etc. Good music choice .

like I posted in other vid I would like to see you start using the actual midi on the 4d.. isnt that what a 4d is mainley for?

It's melodic euphoric epic style trance.
It has the build-ups and break-downs, but for a TenMinMix, there is not the time to play them.
so only the main sections have been played.

maye some key clashes here and there, but I enjoyed it..

First time I've managed over 4 tracks in a mix.
I might have miss read the key of one track, so going in and out of it did not sound as good as it could.
I'd rather play longer mixes with trance, so the build-up and breakdowns can be heard.
It's a nice challenge though to get several trance tracks to fit in ten minutes.
Not many people play trance for a TenMinMix, and looking at the other entries, there's only 1 hard trance and a Psy trance mix.
