This video, with her incredible country-rock version of "I´d lie to you for your love" - a Frankie Miller song. The two songs are from the "Lighthouse" album, from 1986. One of the best records of the 80´s. KIM CARNES is my "Goddess"; She's my "Diva".

There is a Japanese CD "Lighthouse"... I bought it on a good site.

"Lighthouse" is a tragically overlooked album. If only for this outstanding song, it should have done MUCH BETTER. "Black and White" is my favourite song from that album, and one of my all-round favourite Kim songs. "Along WIth the Radio" was also an amazing song, it still gives me chills. It's a shame that nobody has reissued this album on CD. There should be a petition !

I had the "Lighthouse" cassette and it was stolen and since then it was like it never existed. Fantastic tape and Black and White is one of my all time favorite songs. It fell into some recording black hole and remains unavailable except a small release in Japan. Arrrgh! Thanks so much for the posting!!!

"Lighthouse" was such an amazing Kim Carnes album. It was such a shame that it did not get recognition.
