If you played the game, you would understand what they are saying already. It's the same video, with a different language. All diallogue is the same.

I honestly don't understand the rationale behind Namco's decision to not localize this. The PS3 is in dire need of quality JRPGs so I think this game would have filled a void and sold more than the xbox version in the U.S.
