this horrible crime,was unreal,makes me sick,how they never interview him till 2007,gary gitchell you sir over look a killer,mike allen, you all should be fired and charge with abuse of justice, what rotten police work, you lock up3 boys while,this sick baster walks free, ,the judge in this case ,makes me sick,he should be fired and charge,the das office fired and charge with the abuse of justice, the government should step in and the FBI now, free them boys, they didn,t do this crime

did you know that pam hobbs, went to the police,and was talking to gary gitchell,she told gary gitchell,that she thought that terry did this horrible crime,gary told her,to shut her mouth and don,t fuck up his case.gary gitchell retired after this case,i think he should be brought up on charges,so should fogleman,mike allen. the men that inprisoned them should be inprisoned them selves,CORRUPT CORRUPT CORRUPT JUSTICE

The state didnt want to go back to trial. Because of the cost of a new trial.

you kidding if they thought he was guilty of anything they would have never contunue the case on the MW3. And when you take the Alpha Plea that means the state has case against them but I going to give them a less sentence.

A plea under which a defendant may choose to plead guilty, not because of an admission to the crime, but because the prosecutor has sufficient evidence to place a charge and to obtain conviction in court incase none of you know the law

This guy was convicted of sexually assaulting an old woman. He shot his brother n law and the guy died from complications of that shooting. His dna and the dna of the jacoby guy that was used as his alibi were found on the remains of the beyers kid. Hobbs daughter amanda has her diary posted online...it talks about her dad molesting her and allowing the jacoby guy to molest her. It goes on and on
