And I hope that your school doesn't teach advertising. Yikes.

My client's don't think I play in the pool. I don't "pass" houses. I realize that you were trying to send a conceptual message to a specific audience (home inspectors), but you missed your target market and set yourself up for instant ridicule. Bad advertising on your part. "Fail".

Ditto, Daniel. I did not find it humorous either. Been doing home inspections over 20 years, and never 'passed' one yet.

Not even close to what home inspectors do. This cartoon is just that...a cartoon..that's not even humorous. No of my clients think I snack from the clients fridge or swim in their pools and we don't "pass" a house. This is inaccurate, misleading and insulting. The only person who doesn't know what a home inspector does is the producer and publisher of this low quality video.

The pass/fail idea sends the wrong message. That's what our clients think we do.

Home inspections typically arent pass or fail. Every home will have some issues with them. Although a cute video, not very representative.
