  • This is so true, I've been suffering from a chronic illness for a year and I just happened to discover a tape that puts you into a state of 'theta' meditation. I felt really revived and had restored energy afterwards, even though I feel intense fatigue daily. I noticed my symptoms were dramatically reduced but I thought it was just time and I'm just getting better, but when I did not meditate for a few day, the symptoms started to come back. I'll be doing this daily until I'm healed.
