Obama has great ideas. It's the congress that won't cooperate with him. I guess you could criticize him for not being the boss of congress, but I'd like to see you try.
I believe you can only impeach presidents for doing something illegal like Nickson or GW Bush did. I don't think you can impeach them for having a different opinion than you or for not being the boss of congress
