minimum wage laws are coming down the pipe in china. Soon they wont be able to produce commodities for pennies, and rising oil costs makes transportation more expensive. Enough on its own to force north america to make their own stuff again? I dont know. It definately hleps and discourages industry from trying to exploit 3rd world markets. Schiff is right. If we dont make our own damn stuff and actually trade some of it then its over for us.
