Worst Scene Ever in Battlestar Galactica

The worst sequence ever shown in the history of the Battlestar Galactica franchise. This is from the second half of the two part episode of Galactica 1980 "The Night the Cylons Landed" and seems pretty much to have been filler. My only comment: I guess Hong Kong Phooey is part of continuity?

I just had another look at this. Another thing that appalls me is all the money being spent here. Part of the scene is at Universal Studios - and is filmed at night with all the overtime that entails. The huge numbers of kids as extras means all sorts of extra pay and considerations. And then, I imagine Disney needed to be paid for use of "Zip a Dee Do Dah" as well as Hanna Barbera for the use of their characters. Yikes!

On the other hand, how many times do you see Hanna-Barbera characters dancing to a Disney song in a Universal Studios production? Worth the watch just on that merit.

LOL. Sympatico! - that did cross my mind. I am guessing Universal had to pay rights for both the song and the use of the characters- adding to the already brutal production costs of this show. YEESH.
