Me playing "I celebrate the day" from Relient K's Christmas album. It is normally played on the piano, so I adapted it as best I could to the guitar.

you're a good guitar player, and you've got a voice that has much potential. If you don't know already, this may sound strange. Get to a place where you are living the song out in your mind, then sing from your stomach. you'll get over the top notes every time. Please don't take it as criticism, I think you are very talented and if you have a music dream, work hard for it.

Are you kidding!? Thanks man. That's the most constructive, worthwhile criticism I've ever received. I can't stand when people leave me comments like "it was good until you started singing." Those don't help me improve at all. And I know what you mean about singing from my stomach. In some songs I find it easier to do that than others, but that's why I'm continually practicing. I'm learning the song to play at my collage for the end of the year concert. your vid helped a lot. I go to Christ For the Nations and I read your response to the other guy where you quoted the atheist. I know your probably tired of all the responses about your post but i see where you're coming from. there is hurt in the world but God never wanted it to be here. its mans fault it's here and this song is about his way out of the hurt.
