Don't be fooled by the upbeat music, the TomTom Ease really is a hunk of garbage, for the most part. There are sooo many POI's that aren't even in the system, and I do have the latest updates. The only way to get to most of your destinations is to know exactly what the address is. It's not very user friendly when you're in a hurry, or stressed during a trip, nor does it have designated volume buttons. I really would not recommend this to anybody. Only bought it because it was on sale.
I live in a city of a million. This unit can't even find post office locations properly. If you have a name of a business it might be in the POI files. If you put in an actual address is says No addresses available. After testing this in a city I was raised in I would never take this on a road trip. In planning a route it does well if you can find a POI destination or a valid address. Can't find buildings that have been standing since the 1970's and takes you 12 miles out of the way.

My very old Garmin C330 Street Pilot has more POI's with accurate addresses than the TomTom EASE. That's just sad.......
