Up here in Canada we use the crazy metric system, everything in track&field is measured in metres which is 39 inches per metre. Me being 52 years old, was raised on the imperial measurment system ,such as 1 ft. 1yard ,lbs, etc, so for me thats what I call regular talk, not metric

Thanks Randy, great help, I increased my throw by 4 metres or in regular talk 13 ft. the first time after trying your advice. Hoping for better yet to come.

he is trying to help people without coaches... he knows what he is talking about... good job man ur videos have improved my technique greatly... i dont jerk the left shoulder in the delivery (thank god) and my turns are finally efficient. you cleared alot of cloudy areas
