@MrCompaq1223 Depends on the clicking, upload a video of it. Could just be a timing belt or something like that. Whoever told you your engine is "about to blow" is probably not very knowledgeable when it comes to the topic. In fact, most people who make a blatantly unsupported diagnosis as such, are very misinformed or lack information on the topic. I would say don't panic, have a mechanic take a listen and you'll probably be surprised at how easily it will be diagnosed by a professional.
jw. is it normal for a cavalier to have a ticking noise in the motor? Mine has it.. and so do other cavaliers i see. someone told me my engine was about to blow.
Sir you only got a cai.. IF i was you i wouldve done the engine first then worked on the outside.. U get laugh at seriousely..the ppl now these days will call you ummmm.. RICE.. that is sad. I run up against you but it b a waste of gas for me Tiburon FTW..
@xmattx343 Hmmm. Not with the right setup and the right amount of patience, time, and effort. I own two Cavaliers and both of them are decent. Why? Because I didnt waste my money on video games, but I bought car parts and on the weekend, I didnt go fishing, but I laid on cardboard and worked on my car from morning till dusk. Most every car is gonna be slow stock, but its the owner that determines the rest. Yall people have alot to learn in the car world or your gonna end up hurt one day.
I love tha fact you people think there is a certain way to modify a car. Jus because its not tha way you would have done it, doesn't mean its incorrect or dumb.. you're entitled to you opinion but how about giving ideas instead of being a Dick about it
no this is no belt this is a rod you have the 2.2 and you prolly beat the car up and these engines are known for kickin grods
