My life is given to me! I'm assured I am just as God wants me at every moment. :) To suffer is a part of life; only He can say how much a part! And how alive it can be sometimes! @ysabellabravetalk Last year on March 17th (St. Patric's Day) I had a stroke that almost killed me left me crippled. I never lost my faith or hope, and it's such a morale booster for me to see how well and bravely you are fighting. You are MY inspiration and pray you never ever give up the hope or the fight. You might enjoy reading "The Meditations" by the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius. And, of course, "The Hero with a thousand faces" by Joseph Campbell. They both thought a great deal about the sorts of mental states that assuage persistent suffering.
