Sky News - Sport - Tape starts too early

Sky News play out a VT but start it too early and include take one which includes fluffed lines from the reporter.

This wasn't live. They recored the first take, he messed up so he did a second take straight afterwards. When they played it out, they should have just shown the second take, but they played out the whole recording by mistake.

I've heard my local radio station do that. I commute very late at night, and I suppose whoever's supposed to edit the version of the sports report they play at night often doesn't bother. "...MVP for the series was Krzymbs... aw hell. OK, from 25. 3, 2, 1, MVP for the series was..."
