If Simon was my landlord, I'd put him in traction for the laundry list of bullshit he makes his tenants put up with. These people are liars. They may have this, that and the other degree, but they overstate their business skills beyond belief, and the amount of money they make (90,000 pounds a year for Katie? Really?) is never verified beyond their own claims. I call bullshit all around.

@cl1cka Agreed that the husband is the douchebag, but Katie is still at fault here... At fault for being stupid enough to put down on paper for a potential employer's perusal the fact that she'd had an affair. Then to be so stupid as to assign a rating to it, as well as to rate it at only an eight on a scale of one to ten? Stupid. Got to agree with cl1cka here.
