First attempt at liberty spikes

Hey youtube, this is my first vid... it is also my first attempt to spike my mohawk by myself. It worked ok but i still need some practice, also i need your help, recommend some products for me to use. is this vid i used rave x4 hairspray and used bedhead manipulator on the tips.

Update: Thank you all for commenting my video i hope to make another shortly... I have now had a chance to use other products and would like to share my findings.

got2b held my hawk through every concert i been to no problem... i even slept in it once, it still looked good the next day but it wasn't very comfortable...

if you want them to stand for a week you should use Gelatin powder that you boil with water! the only bad thing with it is that it takes like 20 minutes in the shower to get it off but it's tottaly worth it! just some tips with gelatin, when you boiled it it's obviusley really hot so let it cool down for a few minutes (if you wait to long it becomes all jellyish). And then it's just to apply it to your hair, but don't be cheap with it! apply as much as you can! it workes great if you do it right

@guiltyxbyxdesign got2b lasting time depends on if u use the spiking glue with it or not, if u use the spiking glue and the hair spray with it, it should last about 6 days (if u dont wash ur hair :S)

tip. you otta try frying your hair to get it up and dont quit
