Corporate welfare: NCR moves to GA

It's time to stop allowing politicians to serve as venture capitalists with tax dollars that were collected to provide services to the public.
NCR is planning to move to Atlanta thanks to a larger than $31.M incentive package from the State of Georgia.
David Esrati is running for Dayton City Commission and wants to lead the fight against corporate welfare.
Tax dollars are to provide the greatest good for the greatest number- not to allow robber baron CEO's to make a fortune without risk.

Wow this idiot doesn't get it. Lower taxes - even in the form of incentives to corporations - create jobs and create wealth. Look at the corporate tax rates in MI, CA, NJ.... and look what has happened to those states.

I have no problem with lowering tax rates- across the board. I have a problem with corporate welfare.

I don't think you understand economics very well. What we have is wealth redistribution- taking tax dollars from poor people and handing them off to corporations paying their exec's $2K an hour.

Lower the tax rate and money changes hands more often.  Taxes are raised on the number of those transactions, not the tax rate of that transaction! Sheesh, this butthead is running for office and he doesn't even understand economics! I am so glad I moved to GA and not OH!!!!
