I love her book!! Its so sad =( It connected with me in so many ways [even though I am native American-born]. I relate to The Latehomecomer: A Hmong Family Memoir by all the stories of how our families came to America, France, Australia, ECT.

Ever since I first saw her speak, I have admired her immensely. Unlike nearly everyone else I have ever heard, her speech - and her writing - comes straight from her heart, and so goes straight into ours.
I have immense respect for this woman =)
