Alright, lets clear this up.
For the 2010-2011 season (this video), Spice was Large Senior OPEN Level 5.
(That division is now called Restricted 5, and it has become more limited that it was before. Also, The Stingray Allstars do not have a team called Spice this year [2011-2012].)
At this time, the only change for OPEN 5 was that they are not allowed to do double fulls in tumbling. Everything else was allowed. Also, it is an open division which means people are allowed to be under 12 years.
