it's trimmed up too much. Take it down. You don't want that big of a roostertail.
Max i got out of a worked 10x18p chopper was about 40mph with a 25hp on a small V bottom.
I think it would run alot harder on a minimost or so...

@petterpoojk Mercury racing Chopper II. Surface drive, S.S, 18" pitch, racing propellor. what motor do you have? I converted my 20 merc to a 25hp.
