Ncomputing performance examples

Various examples of poor performance from Ncomputing M300 and L300 terminals. Some issues have been sorted out, but the full screen video playback has not been fixed. Ncomputing tuning guide has been carried out and we even have a beta version of Vspace 7 running and on the whole the performance for most use is fine. But, Ncomputing sell this product on its video performance which from the examples is sadly lacking. These problems where not experienced on RDP. As a matter of interested I have round 140 Ncomputing products installed in four locations.

So what should be the problem...is it with the host system which should operate with higher processor (i7) or the fault with the Ncomputing device?
