It's a special vibropantograph, used to knock down a snow, which lays at winter on the overhead wires.

Interesting. But I´m not sure if these locos, which operate in Slovakia too wouldn´t have some problems in our tunnels.:-D:-D As I know they are over 4,6 m high without this pantograph...
