Uhhhhmmmmm........ Ok. I do need to work on eliminating the grunts and uhhhhhhhmmm ok. Next time I will work on that. I have also received some comments on my monotone voice from coworkers. I'm harassed all day about "unleashing." Subtitles would probably be a better option for me. My wife suggested I do the computer automated weather reports. Another option would be to have someone narrate for me. Any volunteers?

Like what you are doing with this video, but I guess you could do a lot better. Firstly, plan your text. All the ´uuuhhmmm´ sounds are very disturbing. Also, at about 2 minutes in you start doing a lot of typing and copying without really explaining what you are doing. That leaves your viewers thinking about all kinds of things, trying to catch up with you, instead of focusing on what you are trying to explain.
