The ONLY thing you left out is how you wired it up ? and did you use HDMI , S video, RCA plugs and step by step by step how and then what you had to do after that to use your PC on TV so if you want to use it in general , like from the dest top to the internet how was it set up to do that ?? thanks

great setup, question, is there a way to do this wirelessly to me tv? and where would i get a remote to control the media center?

Im sure there is a way to do it wirelessly, but I dont know how. You can probably contact Microsoft for a remote control. Or search ebay, amazon, froogle, etc for "Windows remote control" or something like that.

Thanks for the info, however those lines only appeared because I was recording them with my digital camera. They are not visible with the naked eye.

can i ask a question? please help, ok my m8 has windows media center on his tv, ok hes got a pc tower attached to it. 1st of all how do u do that, & do u just need a big hard drive to store ur stuff or do u need good graphics & stuff like that, to keep my media safe i wudnt connect to the net on that pc, but does any file work, e.g. i mite get vista premium, do avi files work on the media center? & is it straightforward to put the files on? any help appreciated thanks

My comp, when this video was made, had a video card with 3 outputs: DVI, VGA, and S-Video. I connected an S-Video cable from the card to the TV. I then bought a 3.5mm audio cable splitter and a "3.5mm audio to RCA" cable which I plugged into that splitter. I plugged in the RCA to my TVs audio in and viola! I left out several other steps, such as changing the settings on ATI Catalyst Control Center, but thats most of it. Helps to have large hard drive, fast computer, etc. AVI files work on M.C.
