THE WORKOUT IS 10 MINUTES WITH 3 AGAINST THE WALL, 5 WITH CRUNCHS AND 7 PUSH UPS. OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I BE DEAD AT THE SECOND LOOP. IT IS GREAT
